About the Eclipse Air Mattress System

The Opera® Eclipse is a deep cell full-replacement alternating air mattress system that utilises advanced technology to provide optimum pressure relief and comfort.

Mattress Features:

Pressure Risk Category: Very High

The Opera@ Eclipse Air Mattress System is designed to provide optimum pressure relief and comfort for users who are at a very high risk for developing pressure sores. The Eclipse uses advanced technology making it suitable in the prevention of
pressure sores and treatment for existing sores.

Deep-Cell Alternating Therapy

The Opera® Eclipse is made up of 20 lateral 8in deep air cells that alternate to
redistribute pressure across the user's body. The alternating air cells are powered by a
pump unit which has weight adjustment.

Auto-Weighing Technology

Auto-weighing technology responds to user body weight to effectively apply the
optimum level of airflow through the mattress air cells. A comfort adjustment
setting allows more air to be put in or taken out of the mattress to adjust firmness if
needed.

Constant Low Air Therapy Setting

The Eclipse can be switched to constant low therapy. This gently immerses the user into
the mattress and reduces the contact pressure by increasing the surface area over
which they are supported

Maximum Inflation Mode

The Eclipse can be put into maximum inflation mode, a function that inflates all air
cells to maximum pressure. In this mode, the user can be easily transferred from the
mattress or repositioned.

Intelligent Upright Function

When the backrest of the profiling bed is raised, the air cells directly beneath the
user's seat will be increased in pressure to prevent bottoming out.

Full Replacement System

The Eclipse is a full replacement deep mattress designed to be placed straight on
a profiling bed base. It can be secured to the bed base by elasticated mattress retention
straps.

Super Quiet Pump Unit

The Opera Eclipse Auto Air Mattress System is equipped with a Super Quiet Pump Unit. The pump emits minimal noise allowing users to be undisturbed when sleeping. It also means the pump should not interfere or be a nuisance to impede on daily life.

Antimicrobial Cover

The Eclipse cover is impregnated with antimicrobial agents ensuring the mattress is
resistant to bacterial and fungal growth. The over is cover is also fully wipe clean and machine washable for easy maintenance.

Shipping

Able Tech Services typically only ships to New Zealand addresses however if you are based outside of New Zealand we do have the ability to supply product however you will need to contact our customer service team with the products you would like to purchase. For regular stocked parts we endeavor to have the items shipped in 1-2 days from time of order and depending on stock availability. If there is any delays we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

Inspection and Claims

The customer must inspect and check all goods and notify Able Tech Services in writing within 48hrs of receiving the item of any defects, incorrect specifications, damages, or quantity in accordance with the customer’s order. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and ensure the goods comply, before it is used.

Returns

Able Tech Services offers a 21 days right of return from date purchased. Returns will attract a 10% restocking fee and a credit note will be issued.  Any product that is returned is based on the following conditions. (subject to change from time to time)

  • No Consumable Products or Hygiene products
  • Returned in original packaging (preferred)
  • Item is in unused condition.
  • No custom orders

  • Product must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s store at the time of the price promise request and must take place within 7 days of the price being advertised by the competitor.

  • Customer needs to provide proof of competitors current advertised price e.g. competitor mailer, quote, press advert or screenshot of website (current and dated), or an original receipt if seeking a refund.
  • Claim must be lodged within 7 days of purchase of lower price being advertised.
  • Price Promise does not include typographical errors.
  • Price Promise applies where the other store's final price, including delivery, taxes, fees and charges, is lower than our price. 

Exclusions

  •  Outlet and clearance Stores are excluded from our Price Promise.
  • Items purchased are subject to rebate, redeemable manufacturer’s coupon, or any refund of any sort, in which case your purchase price will be determined by taking into account any such rebate or refund.
  • Used, old, recycled, previously owned, rebuilt, or re-manufactured items, whether or not you knew the item was used, recycled, previously owned, rebuilt, or remanufactured.
  • Advertising errors (either ours or competitors).
  • Any price difference found with an item sold as a special deal available only to the members of specific organisations such as clubs, preferred suppliers, loyalty cards and associations or by way of insurance company claims settlement.
