What repair guarantee do you provide?
Able Tech Services will honor manufacturer’s warranties, covering manufacturing faults for the specified time for each item from date of purchase.
Warranty claims must be notified to us within 5 days of the defect becoming apparent to you and we are given reasonable opportunity to investigate this claim.
Issues not covered by warranty:

- Service, repair, or alteration by any other party other than Able Tech Services technicians
Can I install the parts myself?
Yes, we encourage you to tackle the simple repairs yourself. We also have a great range of resources and support available to teach you how to perform these repairs. If it is more complex part, requires calibration or you have any concerns we have technicians available to respond and complete the work.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all addresses in New Zealand. However, if you are based outside of New Zealand, we can supply products. You will need to contact our customer service team at sales@abletechservices.co.nz with the products you would like to purchase. Please note that you will be liable for any import taxes and duties.
Payments
What payment methods do you offer?
For spare parts, offer credit and debit card payments. If you would like to pay by direct debit please select direct debit option at checkout and enter you details and we will send you an invoice to pay. If you have a credit account, please select on account.
Can I create a credit account?
Yes, we typically only offer credit accounts to facilities and businesses. If you would like to apply please contact accounts@abletechservices.co.nz for a credit application form.
